Odom Academy was recently presented with a $25,000 grant from Best Buy and the Intel Retail Edge Program. Members of the Beaumont Best Buy management team presented the award to principal Tillie Hickman, who was extremely appreciative of the award.
The Intel Retail Edge Program is an incentive program that awards technology retailers for completing professional development and product training. The Beaumont Best Buy store received the top prize for completing these hours and in turn made a donation to Odom Academy.
