Immunization Clinic for Students Entering 7th Grade

Notice to Parents of students entering 7th grade:
There will be a vaccine clinic on August 13,2013 at the Administration Building  in Conference Room A from 9:30- 1:30. Cost of the vaccines : $5:00  each for Tdap and Varicella, and $10.00 for Meningitis, payable to the vendor. There is no charge with Medicaid Card and ID.
